More research for The Route…

Standard

Some more research for The Route. The release this moment from a seventh illegal arrest with a phony court date 7/3/17. Said, “All charges dropped” by a fake Officer Oliver. I made payment on the M/C credit card for my blog with the credit card from Ex-Woodland-Munroe that planned to leave me with no cash, which it did–so I have to find a place now and buy something in order to get the $21.00 converted back to cash.  The Illegal arrest conducted by the Manson-Cowen guilty group et al. At a bus stop. At 4:30am 5/20/17. I accidently dozed. Again, “she’s Jewish and knows too much and is too talented.” Now doesn’t that make sense? No. There was no officer’s name on paper work but a pin labeled “Hemsley” I caught sight of while he illegally booked me with fingerprint booking equipment in a Federal court-purchased property with false personations/impersonations.

Any how, with the office most likely closed at the 1000 Lincoln St., in the former Woodland, CA 95695, now the city renamed Miller-Kelly, I have my black purse with all contents, my navy blue, and orange backpack with all my creative writing notes, ideas, court documents, IRS tax returns and transcripts–2013,2014,2015,2016 additionally, etc. in the pack, and my $5.97 Walmart shopping bag with all it’s contents. These cop-props just want to be able to rummage through and steal information in my bag, and still leave me stranded; in fact, units 823 and 781 and more keep harassing me driving by every block and intersection I walk and every bus stop I go to. Can you imagine after two officers/ex-officers (props) told me or you the bus stops are fine to wait at–even late at night and over night?

Blog is paid for another year, so this helps. Thank goodness President Trump is aboard helping with the removal of my and other’s illegal surveillance and his own illegal surveillance by this same group of criminals who don’t want to stop torturing innocent people. Still aboard is inquiring and researching law enforcement, some of its history, reasoning, adaptability, probing more into illegal arrests, treatment, behavior, motivation, stalking, harassing, Federal law enforcement governance versus the former City-pseudo State governance; it will be interesting also learning and looking at additional angles in telling the story–the configuration of illegal arrests, the bizarreness of them, and retribution in the story. I’m really not that interested in working the screenplay with electronics/false personations/impersonations.

Fe’dernik explores journalism, genre-writing, a want and love of writing professionally for newspapers, novels, personal narrative, and short stories based on the adult life of Annelies Marie Frank after 1945, adulthood also defined by researching ambitioned life inclusive of German, Jewish/Yiddish heritage, the exercising of Dutch culture and encompassing scholastics.  This culmination offers a look at writing as needed communication, multiple genre fluency synthesized capturing Frank’s desire to be a famous writer.

Jewish/Yissish/Hebrew philosophy, advocacy, teachings, historic proceedings, concurrence, and that superceding is the value of communicative literacy merit and the understanding of exemplified genres, those aformentioned caliber. A story of a German-Jewish girl and woman finding a multi-genre level writing career, one focused with adamacy of choosing an alternative to conventional family life where creative work could be comparatively satisfying should a person choose. Dutch, German, Jewish historics, education, aesthetics, and Jewish religion configure subtle inclusion of the Holocost/Hitler invasion in which the story allows focuses on Frank’s authentic desire to write  for a living on a professional basis–also on a need to write for personal enrichment beyond publication. This screenplay is inspired by my learning that I’m of rooted Jewish decent from the paternal side of my family–myself ninety-six percent Jewish; and I am also the second cousin of Annelies Frank/Anne Frank.

I have a film production company, Bowen Productions, that’s scheduled to open March 2018 located at 1425 C Street Sacramento, CA 95814, the zip code formerly 95811.

L’Opposition

‘For a moment, we were all Flamencos–all differences forgotten, prejudices.’ –D.E. Pohren

L’Opposistion is derived from a full-length play, La Controversaria del Arte, contributing intrinsically to Flamencos’ historical and current way of gypsy life through dance and song (i.e., juerga, poetic verse, cante/cantes). With their own populace, however, Flamencos were scorned and rejected. Inriguing is the cante, Baile, and Toque–the geneaology of Cante.
Cantes derived from religious songs and chants of varied origin and folklore. The “juerga” (private juergas),for example, according to D.E. Pohren, is a gypsy-woman and her child enjoying their own juerga while her child snaps his/her fingers. The juerga can be seen as a developing fiesta. Juerga grew Tubernas into nightlife and taverns including not just the gypsies but factory workers–thus the juerga expanded community that of bankers and lawyers who infultrated gypsys-night life forms and palos, each having a unique complimentary combination of rhythm, human poise, and lyrics. Yet with the “toque de palmas,” clapping of the hands, Flamenco dancing was just this –no music included.

The screenplay works with historics and contemporary complimentary forms of Flamenco where Michael Hauser is interested as music coordinator of the film; and Gloria Estefan is interested as choreographer. Configured in the screenplay is the Spanish government, the the historics of the Cuban Revolution and Spanish American War–and the fact Congress stepped into release Cuba from Spain without annexing is also inspirationally contributive to Gloria Estefan’s receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom with a heritage of Cuban-Spanish origin, and her interest as a choreographer for the film. Inclusive is historic and symbolic clothing, architected, too, by the Flamenco body/dance/gesture movements that help accentuate themes and subtext of Flamenco dance and what the story is about, which is breaking out of a war-influenced social and economic level into art-recovery. War-art is dealt by families and people as precedence is historic. Political unrest vs. “rarebreed” (Flamenco dancers) danced in danger of extinction. A helpful book about the history of Flamenco is D.E. Pohrens The Art of Flamenco from the society of Spanish Studies Pinca Espartero, Moran Frontera (Sevilla) Spain.

Ubiquitious seasonal races, themed family dynamic configured, reputably the sport is also shown in the life of a successful motocross racer who overcomes unthinkable odds prior to retiring from the sport as a motocross cartoonist.

Riverwalker

Diversely introspective, Riverwalker, encouraged by the Federal government and Department of Defense, is based on a published chapbook that includes poetic and watershed snapshots as changeable as a river. The chapbook’s themes are life, land, home, loss, and nature. Specific poems, however, subtextually, symbolize “the river.” Overall, the chapbook is based on life lived individually in the Southwest: Arizona and New Mexico, Central Texas, and northern California. The screenplay’s core theme, “the land and its spouse,” synthesizes language of trees, land, mountains, and river traced and performed through the main character. Supportive poems are “Olive Ranch on Barton Rd.,” “Livestock in the Painted Canyon,”Fairytale,” “May 29th South-Fork of the American River,” and “On Dragonfly Wings.”

The Piano Player

The Piano Player focuses on a local, professional piano player, inspiration based on my being inspired wanting to learn playing piano and writing and reading music. Perhaps, some configuration, only in terms of what locality meant, from third party people, those who maybe knew of a late family member who was a local, professional piano player for many years. But I’m also wanting to write and maybe contribute a part to film–just playing a song I have written. Included is Big Band and its inspiration for piano players–how it contributed and influenced local piano players. At the root, however, is the joy of local piano playing, a piano player’s enjoyment playing piano professionally, locally.

Wintu Run

Inspired by ex-Governor Gerald G. (Jerry) Brown’s illegal and criminal incongruancies meriting accountability, and my own American Indian heritage–likewise the use of “Winneman Wintu Chief Leads Rally and March Against Mount Shasta Crystal Geyser Plant,” in Homeward: Street Journal, Volume 19, No. 6, Nov./Dec. 2015, Chief and Spiritual Leader Caleen Sisk of the Winneman Tribe discusses inclusive damage provoked by Brown’s wrongdoing toward water environmental activities effecting and affecting the Tribe’s civil, sacred human right for a non-trespassed, non-tampered with “Mount Shasta (where the Sacramento and McCloud and other rivers  come from) [that] is sacred . . . and the plan to raise the Shasta Dam and build Brown’s Delta Tunnel’s” (2). Also discussed is a person’s human right for non-chloride water with the rejected plans of Crystal Geyser Federally, to process chloride-filled, plastic water bottling. Currently, too, is the discussion, Federally, replacing plastic bottles from the article, thus Chief Sisk: “The plastic pollution is choking our oceans, our land fills, our rivers.”

Brown’s want for puncturing sacridity, illegally juxtaposing blending watershed, the Sacramento River with McCloud and other rivers,” supercedes unconstitutional abuse of power–since he has no rule-authority, ruling authority or insight-privilege discussing Federal ability to help keep and maintain sacridity or any other seemingly political, governmental intrusion due to a “Civil Bench Warrant” placed on him by myself and Justice/Judge Sandra Day O’Connor for severe misconduct of city, county (former State),and Federal funds, illegal search and seizures, support of illegal arrests, illegal staffing, illegal intrusion of privacy ranging from private citizens and Federal people in their homes, workplace, commercial businesses–and his own former staff. Brown will be imprisoned for life. A good thing, though, too, however, is he had to sign the minimum wage increase to $15.00 that I recommended to the Federal government, as interium start for employment. Brown’s imprisonment for varigated crimes, inclusive warrantful embezzlement, led to the closure of EDD and its appeal board, CUIAB, with the State of California, which is being replaced by another Federal social service assistance program. The Thirteenth Federal Circuit Supreme Court and Court of Appeals approved the Writ of Mandate I’ve written in which Brown owes me, personally, $760,000.00+. I also helped assist the opening of the Thirteenth Federal Circuit Supreme Court and Court of Appeals with its location extensions in Massachusetts, Arizona, California, and Washington State.

Being the grand-niece of Military Apache Leader, Geronimo from the paternal side of my family and American Indian heritage of Arkansas-Missouri from the maternal side of my family with a late grandmother having been born on a reservation in Peru, Oklahoma, and my own interest-respect for water offers an important project in which sacred tribal water(s) should never be tampered with or considered being tampered with. The screenplay is a factually based account of this synopsis-narrative of human dignity, and the political upheaval of wrong done right to a native people.

Symposium  looks into the middle age/ancient court system and the various courts within it. The court system can appear an invisible border when additionally involved politically, philosophically, theologically, and romantically–romantically in terms of courtships/relationships. Predominately configured and heavily influenced, the middle ages/ancient times included the Humanities–a considerable portion of the screenplay; for example, inclusion of gifted Mary Wollstonecraft and additional artists prior to the 1700s.

Slackwater Clowes and the RiverLock Cherry Run

Canal locks and lockstations support thriving canal communities in Four Locks, Maryland and Canada. Four Locks, Maryland’s lock keeper’s shelter was built in 1880 and is still on site today. Sustainable today is Lock 50. The root cellar and the far side of the canal was built in 1900. The Canadian Slackwater navigated system is known by civil engineer Samuel Clowes’s 19th century journey surveys that include  the Rideau Canal survey, a successful lock proposal  for and with The Board of Ordinance. The Board of Ordinance approval, historically and contemporarily, extended watercraft to accumulate commercial and steamboat accessibility. The Rideau Canal’s forty-year survey project inspired additional lockstations– Merrickville Lockstation and Nicholas/Nicholous Lockstation. I may consider instead working with inspiration details from Kingston Mills Locks 46-49 also involved in the Rideau Lockstations and the Slackwater system. As a Federal Permament, I don’t have to change anything; and I had no idea Mr. Cetera was a relative of Mr. Clowes until Federal let me later know. So here’s the possible change up: I’ll keep my story idea but change up the surveyor, play with the title a bit and see what happens–seeing how much other surveyors had/have invested in the Slackwater system while keeping, too, within the title “…the RiverLock Cherry Run.”

The idea for “lock keepers” or “Lock Tender,” or “lock operator” was converted from brainstorming researching basements–basement(s) used for another project. Canal locks and water-boat architecture operations are influentially based on a young, female character named Arlina from a short play I wrote called SyStims, which involves a young girl who befriends her father’s boat/ship books and finds fascinating the Chicago River near where she lives.  Adaptively configured is the  7.2  mile separate “meandering stream” of Cherry Run that the Northwestern section of Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania connects with Cherry Run, the watershed for the Potomac and Chesapeake Bay. Architecture, community, family, and water provide the social understanding for life–life among and around the lockstations and canals.

The Route

Criminality law enforcement, a synthesis of impersonations, illegal arrests, illegal searches and seizures, provide a nationwide account of shock-unaccountability to that of being held accountable in this historic, unprecedented screenplay, warranting one of the most heinous societal and publicly unconstitutional performances of law enforcement and ex-law enforcement demanding the end of city, county, and State law enforcement to strictly Federal governing law enforcement supported congressionally .

Paper Sons and Daughters-Pearl Zhongshan

The 1987 publication, Bitter Melon: Inside America’s Last Rural Town, by Jeff Gillenkirk and James Motlow, one of the inspirations for this screenplay–along with my being a native  Sacramentan and familiar with the San Joaquin and Delta– portraits the controversy, advocacy, and politicking of the San Joaquin Valley and Delta agricultural  sharecropping and tenancy farm framework with the Zhongshan Chinese generation, its sons and daughters, some still residing in Locke, California founded by Chan Tin San in 1912 and inaugurated by the Chinese.

Also of portrait is China and California Legislature’s historical handling of the agricultural migrancy of a story both responsible for failure representative of foreign tax and the incompletion of railroad/train transportation from California to Mexico/Canada to Mexico with already documented workers. May 1, 2016 marks California Legislator’s and China’s having to equally repay the $300,000,000.00  repairability of their responsibility, a beginning point for the damage and deniability, deniability carried over from China’s and California Legislature’s wrongful misconduct and on purpose non-accountability of what’s also provided in Gillenkirk and Motlow’s book, the series deniability of Chinese, Indians, African Americans/Negros from testifying in court either for or against Whites along with Mongolians, Indians, African Americans/Negros barred from California public schools (The California Legislature), the Chinese barred from owning real estate or securing business licenses (The California Legislature) and excluded from employment with corporations and (former State) county, municipal, or public works projects, (The California Legislature).

Petroleum, Peanut Butter…the FFTDA/FDA

Standard

Building on research for The Litigant, I’ve come across a geology book from French translation by Albert V. Carozzi and Marguerite Carozzi, A History of Geology that configures mountains and fossils; obviously there is more to geology than studying rocks. Rocks and minerals, the travel to investigate research-wise is always intriguing–what a geologist may intend to find, the surprises unseen, and the awaiting lab work when he/she returns to study even more the history behind the discoveries. I’ve taken an interest in the fossil/mountain sections of the book wanting to read more about this and figuring an intrinsic way of including meaningful at-work, tone-criminality reasoning, that means figuring out the type of textile I’d like to work into the petroleum/geology discovery that included the crime. As such, the first petroleum book I’m reading/researching is called The American Petroleum Industry 1899-1959, The Age of Energy by Harold F. Williamson, Ralph L. Andreano, Arnold R. Daum, and Gilbert C. Klose. This book provides some effective chart-making, drawings, figures, maps, and tables–illustrations effective with historical pictures courtesy plethora universal,  Oil and Gas Journal   etc. Petroleum transition refineries, industrial and commercial usage, product demand, domestic channeling, marketing–a spearheading reason, perhaps, and not perhaps, for what’s contagious with “rapeseed.”

This screenplay depicts a true story in the sense of an ingredient being in a product for years that shouldn’t have been, motivated by use of underlying gas and overt inclusion of petroleum. Personally, for years, like many other people, I’ve eaten the product for long periods of time–admittedly not paying attention to the label until wondering about a stiffness of taste with a jar of it with a recent purchase and my continued interest in diverse farmlands/ranches, grown foods, and just getting older and forcing myself to read labels more; however, also, is the strange notice of the word “rapeseed” and personally wanting to investigate it more. Why would a word like that be included on a peanut butter label? Plus, I thought peanut butter is just that…peanut butter. A quick look into it, and noticeable is the ingredient that needs to be removed from the contents of the jar. Catching wind of it, the FDA is removing the ingredient and the jars from supermarkets, etc. We are/we were, in essence, eating what I just ascribed–petroleum, links of it, and gas. Research it and think about it.  There wasn’t anything really hidden by the FDA; it’s just surprising that it wasn’t much more hidden, which ends up begging more  problems/questions for the FDA. You simply don’t include petroleum and gas in a food product. What it comes down to, too, is isolating setting areas for the film. I mentioned California, I believe, Alaska, and Texas–yet I need to work through more of the research to figure out which area and/or areas exactly. The research has been an intriguing road–and I’m enjoying the highway of it. ONWARD!  🙂
