Clues…Federal Revamp!

Standard

The Federal revamption. The illegalities that add up encourages more the Federal revamption. Judicial figures are illegally arrested and let go on their own recognizance–all artists and two illegal arrests, three for the other, one for another based on the same individual guilty of over six-hundred illegal arrests, the Federal government on top of this person and those who contributed to him. Back for an appointment at the courthouse jail in Auburn, CA on Monday. I tell you a very scary process–an experience one wouldn’t really want to value. There’s been a lot of reconfiguring, re-structuring within the judicial system–from universal automobile insurance thought by Judge Sandra Day O’Connor to double jeopardy cases/trial cases being re-tried, lawyers being disbared permanently, judges being called to the floor, caught and held accountable, finally. It’s called an Appeal revamp with accountable monetary compensation. I have a case forthcoming at the Santucci courthouse notoriously known for bribes, hostility, forgeries, mock set up trials–you name it. Judge O’Connor’s first impression wasn’t a surprise, as mentioned earlier one of the worst courthouses in America. The courthouse is now a court-appointed property to me with soon the renaming  of Sandra Day O’Connor Justice Center. Federal revamp still under way brings me mid-August two court cases, once focusing on ex-judges/ex-commissioners and an extreme, beyond gross negligent company called WebBank/Avant Credit called on the carpet also for the mock set up trial with the “cousin-clan” and “cousin-clan’s” cousin who was the judge for the mock set up court hearing. I wrote earlier about inclusive notorious “cousins” who have illegal fetishes for illegally arresting people. The Feds are getting to the bottom of how this one particular “cousin,” guilty of over six-hundred illegal arrests, hired the ex-judge/ex-commissioner, also, a “cousin-clan” relative to mass criminalists who took part in my illegal eviction/illegal homelessness along with the deaths of Judge Caroline Kennedy’s family members, the ex-judge who admitted making the wrong decision on 5/5/15. Two court cases on the same mid-month next month. Interesting. Both.  We are, as judicial figures, horrifically astounded by the criminalists and what they do in defiance of the Federal government. That’s why they’re criminals. Pretty uncanny–this morning one of them remotely electronically controlled a vehicle to crash into my vehicle. The same person hit the front end of my vehicle on purpose and Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, Sacramento, CA Justice/Judge savior M. Kathleen Butz’s vehicle. I’ve got the license plate and a witness involving as well the notorious cyberstalker, cyberharasser, teasbander Viggo Mortensen following me, per the Federal government since the 1980s–and concurrently has a hold of my airbag feature in my vehicle, so that it pops up while driving. Great… the frightening things we’ve experienced. So Monday finds me back, I’m assuming, for paperwork follow up. Found not guilty. Obviously from an illegal set up. But finding having to go through the process, all three of us: artist/musician Jo Dee Messina and Victoria Wilchert, the false charges the person/people with prop-cop/ex-officers collaborated in with the impersonations represented at the jail are anything less than treacherous. We are all nervous for Monday. And this is no fault of our own. We continue to be taunted, harassed by these cyberstalkers, cyberharrassers–and it was good coming across a professional journal discussing what they do to people. What’s happening is these criminals want notoriety; they want money and they’re not going to get it, the Federal government slow on this as an attempt to keep the violence down, which these people are violent and don’t want to comply. Thank goodness the Feds are on them–as you can imagine. The cyberbombs they set off in cars, businesses–this technology has got to go. The latest: Mark Fuhrman’s charges are all dropped by Judge/Justice Clarence Thomas. and I provided an appeal avenue for him. Guess what? Another illegal surveillance by a police department, a retired judge, jury members, a defense team, a prosecution team. Marsha Clark heavily on my illegal surveillance as well. And the jury tampering. What an easy case to solve as was the investigation case helping the justices/judges with Judge Caroline Kennedy-Schlossberg’s case. Feds are after Ito and his wife. You gotta love Federal revamp. I’d never thought I’d say it about government, but you got to love the Feds coming to the rescue. Fuhrman became the tenth Permanent Illegal Surveillant July 24, 2015. Twenty years folks. Justice or What.  The appeal approvals. Turning double-jeopardy around, re-structuring law, too, for those not criminals. It’s like a world revamp and actually holding criminals  accountable.  And I’ve got a truck load of ex-judges/retired criminal judges, that’s if they show for the court case, coming in. It’s about time. Accountability.  You got to love it!   Onward!   Even with punk kids, two, a boy and a girl sitting right beside me and their family allowing them to do it, and strange cyberstalkers still allowed to walk into a Roseville public library to threatened blocking my blog and thwarting court cases they aren’t yet named in. They aren’t even named on the case yet and into court documentation. The young girl sitting beside me, the Federal government has caught her trying to control the mouse I’m working with as I type this. Twice she has done this. Little egos pride themselves on no future. I say…wait for the mail. And send her to jail! You got to love it.. a head start on jail and/or the death penalty. Federal revamp. Which do you think comes first? Thank god for creativity. Always the one thing sustainable.

Basing/Referencing…

Reading up on articles written by a sports writer/editor, independent freelance writer now who was the first female elected and female President of the USBWA, U.S. Basketball Writers Association. she writes a wide variety of articles, which is good. I came across the person as I was thinking of what characters I’m wanting to work with in developing my first screenplay. I initially thought of a sports writer character, perhaps a news editor–and then I started researching and up came a female sports writer/editor who happened to be the first female elected and inducted into the organization’s Hall of Fame. so far, I have read some articles from The Los Angeles Times  that she has written. I read this morning a poetry journailist-analysis, a cross betweeb a journalistic presentation but bulk of critical analysis and synopsis of poetry by the poet. to hear the fruit–the “peach,” the “pear,” and “raspberry” juxtaposed with nature of vegetation, wildlife–its reverence for it is enough to base a poem on seeing it without actually having visited the poem. I enjoy many parts of this piece. References to religion and the discussion existence of “daily life” with the “oil derricks” “parking lots,” makes essential poetry, just the varigating of sensory and landscape. I was introduced to a new poet by it, Teddy Macker. Neuroscience is also a topic the writer discusses with the book Tales From Both Sides Of The Brain: A Life In Neuroscience by Michael S. Gazzaniga, an extension of discussion about the left and right brain. I wrote an article a long while back dealing with the public/private sector of choices that people make with business and how those choices articulate choice of work, place, location–even in a one field world. Chronicling a fifty year career in neuroscience, the writer takes us through an interview with Gazzaniga in that science, in general, is a “social process”–not a conventional, as some may have thought, “lonely” process. Science has a life. I was reacquainted with anthropology being introduced to a 1969 Yale graduate–the first female tenured professor in UC Santa Barbara’s Department of Anthropology, Barbara Voorhies. Interesting the time aspect, demographic of faculty, and Voorhies’s personability with the field and her craft. Amazing how far anthropology goes with the sciences, and I’m thinking medically. Hmmm…something to think/write about. Anyhow, I am getting ready to ask permission to be as an inspiration, more so, right now for the extended interest in the sports writer character to be able to use/utilize somewhat specifically her experience being the first female inducted in the association. If it’s not permitted, than I’ll work around the ideas of what I had initially anyways, which was working with a sportswriter character and see where it takes me. the variety of writing proposed with the writer and the sport Hall of Fame interested me. Going to read up a little more on the articles and ask. A Happy upcoming 4th of July to ALL!   🙂
